Saturday Business Feature: Kidtastic
Today we are featuring our favorite indoor playground, Kidtastic Park! This business is locally owned and operated by two incredible families. If you haven’t been to this place, you have to check it out soon. If you have, then you already know why Moms and kids love this place! Even before the pandemic, I was completely impressed with how CLEAN it is. Given that they are families with young kids, they have thought of everything! There are two sections for age specific play and all of my 3 kids have a blast when they are there. Parents also have a good area to watch. Given the uncertainty during the pandemic – the staff at Kidtastic has taken the cleaning up a notch and have made it easy to schedule time while also being very transparent about how many people will be there for play. I absolutely adore this business and the owners behind it! Visit them when you can Mamas, your kids will thank you and you will leave feeling happy you decided to go!

Happy 1st Friday of October!!! I swear it feels like we blinked an eye and it went from March to October. Today’s Meet a Mom, Stacy Simmons, is an incredible local Mama to two adorable little boys. She shared tons of tricks to keep our kiddos entertained during the thick of the pandemic that my kids loved. Meet a Mom : Jennifer Petroskey
Today we resume our Meet a Mom Series. We chose an incredibly special Mom to kick off the series. September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. Today’s Meet a Mom – Jen Petroskey – is a warrior of a Mom. She encompasses hope, strength and realness. 2 years ago this month, her son Declan started chemo treatments for tumors in each eye for Bi-lateral Retinoblastoma. This Mama is truly inspiring to me because though I know her journey the past few years has not been easy she has chosen to go through it with such strength and grace. Juggling all things motherhood can be challenging in itself, and when life takes you to unprecedented roads there are Mothers that show you what true grace looks like. This Mama along with her family show so much will and hope to keep pushing forward despite the challenges, and it is truly remarkable. I feel truly fortunate to have met this Mama. The valuable lessons she shows those around her, without even knowing it, is why I knew she needed to be showcased as today’s Meet a Mom feature.

Today we are showcasing Bella V Home Design as part of our Saturday Business Feature series! The owner, Bella Vignola Moran, is a local Mama to two adorable boys. This Mama is incredibly talented at what she does. Her energy fills the room and she has so much expertise in her design field. She has such a passion about what she does and she has amazing taste. There is so much that comes into re-doing a bathroom, picking out the right paint, kitchens/bathrooms, and all areas of your home. This Mama is so knowledgeable and truly helps give Moms the gift of time by providing her design expertise each step of the way no matter what project you have. I am happy to support this small local business and the amazing Mama behind it!
